Walking along Whales Lane past Poskitts Farm and Carrot Washing plant. This view would not change all that much if the proposed developement was built in the way that GMI envisages in its brochure [page 8], as fields on the left of the picture up as far as Church Lane and adjacent to the carrot washing plant do not appear to be included in the area to be built on.

  However, all the green areas in the photos below, as far South as the canal, are included in the area to be developed.

If the developement goes ahead, the only place where you will be able to look at the village across fields, as in this photo, will be from the Washland to the North of the village - this view from the South West will consist of an urban landscape.
